Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions, apply to all voters.

• You can take part in the Triumph Inspiration Award as a voter. You can vote for your favourite lingerie design piece featured in the Top 12 finalists.
• There is no fee for taking part in the voting. Both female and male voters may enter.
• Only individuals aged 16 and above can participate. The organiser of the competition is entitled to request authorised proof of age from participants.
• You are obliged to submit truthful data when you register. Your information will be kept confidential. You must inform the organiser if you think it is known by a third party or your identity is suspected to be forged.
• You are only allowed to take part in the voting within your country of residence. You may vote only once; multiple votes are not allowed. Once vote is submitted, no alterations can be made.
• The data you submit in conformity with your vote into the competition is electronically processed and stored.
• Your personal data is handled confidentially and is not passed on to any third party. By voting, you agree to the collection, processing and use of your personal data. No purchase is necessary to vote.
• The final decision of the National Final will be based on the panel of judges and no correspondence will be entertained.
• Should you be below the age of 18 and have won tickets to the Triumph Inspiration Award National Final, please seek parental consent upon collection of the tickets to attend the event.
• Prizes will be awarded to 10 winners. Each winner will receive a pair of tickets and a $20 Triumph Product Voucher. Tickets will be given to the next winner if any 10 winners failed to collect the tickets by 26th May 2009.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash/ goods other than those mentioned.
• Triumph Singapore Employees are not eligible to participate in this contest.
• The contest is being managed by Triumph International (S) Pte Ltd. Triumph International (S) Pte Ltd is entitled to change the rules of the contest or to terminate it prematurely without prior notice.
